Experience

A freelance translator for the last decade, my daily work involves translating, proofreading and editing a broad spectrum of demanding legal texts to tight deadlines, at all times in compliance with the Codes of Conduct of the UK's Chartered Institute of Linguists and the German Association of Translators and Interpreters (DVÜD).

§ Agencies

Approved supplier for several respected translation agencies based in Germany and the UK, with clients including the Institutions of the European Union, such as the Court of Justice and the European Commission, German Federal Agencies, public authorities, leading European law firms, major corporations from all sectors and private businesses.

§ Law Firms

Translation of the full spectrum of legal texts, ranging from contracts to client correspondence, for all departments at a number of renowned German law firms

Translation of a wide range of legal and business texts, from press releases to employment contracts for companies in the small- and medium-sized enterprise sector
